Ruler Exhibition —— One - stop Full - process Contract for Exhibition Design and Construction


I. Pre - event Communication and Planning

1.Requirement Understanding

Communicate in - depth with clients via phone, email and other online means. Understand clients' brand concepts, exhibition purposes, exhibit characteristics, booth area, as well as their expectations and special requirements for the booth, and confirm the intention of design and installation.

2.Material Provision

The exhibitor provides the exhibition manual, booth floor plan, company materials (vector logo of the company, product list, etc.), detailed interior requirements of the booth (functional area requirements such as negotiation area, video display area, and other special areas), and project budget.

3.Plan Drafting

Based on clients' needs and booth conditions, determine the design style and preview of the display effect.

II. Creative Design and Agreement Signing

1.Design Proposal

Designers organize the design requirement information and materials, integrate the client's brand image, product features and exhibition theme, and start to work out the design proposal.

2.Proposal Revision

Communicate with the exhibitor to modify and adjust the initial design proposal until it is finalized.

3.Budget Quotation

Determine the final materials according to the finalized plan, and provide a quotation list of materials.

4.Contract Signing

After the budget is reviewed without any objections, both parties sign the entrusted design and construction cooperation agreement, and the client pays the advance payment.

III. Material Preparation and Production

1.Venue Declaration

Declare to the exhibition organizer, handle the deposit procedures, and reserve equipment such as water, gas and electricity.

2.Material Production

Start to produce various display props such as display cabinets, reception desks, ceilings, etc. according to the confirmed construction drawings, and arrange the construction schedule.

IV. Booth Construction and Maintenance

1.Pre - construction

After the materials are produced, conduct pre - construction in the workshop, and arrange for painting and cable embedding.

2.On - site Installation

Transport the construction materials, props, equipment, etc. to the exhibition venue on time, start construction on schedule, and arrange carpenters, electricians and graphic designers to install in sequence.

3.Product Placement

Assist the client in placing products after the construction is completed.

4.Project Acceptance

After the construction work is completed, both parties conduct on - site acceptance and sign the acceptance form.

5.Exhibition - period Maintenance

Arrange technicians to conduct on - site maintenance during the exhibition.

V. Post - exhibition Demolition and Cleaning

1.Exhibition Dismantling and Site Cleaning

After the exhibition ends, dismantle the booth according to the time and requirements specified by the venue, clean up the garbage and debris on the site, restore the original appearance of the site, and sign the cleaning form to get back the construction deposit.

2.Feedback Collection

Conduct a follow - up visit to the client to improve services and book the next - session exhibition services.
