On April 8, 2015, the highly anticipated Intel Developer Forum (IDF) was grandly held at the Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel. It was an honor that our Ruler Exhibition was once again involved in the execution of this grand event. As a global leader in the technology field, Intel has always showcased its latest technological explorations and innovative achievements through the IDF, driving the development of the industry. This IDF15 particularly attracted technology enthusiasts, industry experts, and media from all over the world. The venue was bustling with people and the atmosphere was enthusiastic.

Three months before this summit, our Ruler Exhibition had already plunged into intense work, mainly responsible for tasks such as the stage design and construction, the design and production of stage props and display backdrops, as well as the construction of the backstage space for this summit.

Facing the planning task of the IDF summit again, we felt both delighted and nervous. We were delighted because this was a great recognition from our client. However, we were also nervous as we were well aware of the huge responsibility on our shoulders and knew that we had to go all out. Therefore, during the preparation period, we deeply understood the product concept and its features, and combined with the venue environment of the Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel, we meticulously formulated an event plan full of a sense of technology and creativity. The design team carefully considered every detail, striving for perfection in everything from the stage design to the layout and craftsmanship of the display area. At the same time, we used advanced 3D technology for design modeling to present realistic scene renderings to the client.

After the design plan was finalized, the construction team promptly swung into action. They meticulously organized the construction in strict accordance with the construction plan and quality standards. Not the slightest bit of sloppiness was allowed in every link. From the selection of materials to the control of construction techniques, we strived for excellence. During the construction process, although we encountered many difficulties and challenges, none of the team members flinched. We all worked together, faced difficulties head - on, and actively sought solutions, all for the purpose of ensuring the project progress and quality. Finally, through the joint efforts of the team, the Intel IDF15 product launch was successfully held at the Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel. The event site was full of a sense of technology and creativity, and the display area was rationally laid out.
