The 19th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair in 2023 was held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center from June 7th to 11th. As an important exhibition in the field of China's cultural industry, this year's fair took "Forge Ahead on the New Journey and Achieve New Glories" as its theme. There were 64 sub - venues set up in various districts of the city. The exhibition area of the main venue reached 120,000 square meters, with 9 major pavilions including the Comprehensive Pavilion of Cultural Industries and the Cultural and Tourism Consumption Pavilion. The fair attracted 2,502 government delegations, enterprises, and institutions to participate, among which 105 were foreign participants from 40 countries and regions. The exhibition covered a wide range of contents, from digital cultural industries to cultural equipment manufacturing. During the event, a series of supporting activities were held to promote exchanges, cooperation, and the implementation of cultural industry projects.

The main exhibition hall of Bao'an, located in the Guangdong - Hong Kong - Macao Greater Bay Area Pavilion, mainly highlighted the display concept of the Digital Future City, demonstrating Bao'an with the grand vision of the integrated development of digital technologies. The booth was full of highlights, attracting 31 enterprises to participate and displaying 170 high - quality cultural and creative products. The curatorial concept of this exhibition was "Taking the construction of a world - class high - ground for advanced manufacturing as the overall focus and striving to build a benchmark district for the pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics", highlighting three curatorial themes: "World - class Advanced Manufacturing City · Digital Dream - building", "International Bay - coastal City · Digital Chain - creating", and "High - quality People's Livelihood and Happiness City · Digital Circle - expanding".

During this International Cultural Industries Fair, Ruler Exhibition was primarily responsible for the design and construction of the Bao'an Exhibition Hall. Bao'an District has a long history and profound cultural heritage. In recent years, the digital creative industry cluster in Bao'an District has shown prominent characteristics. When designing the exhibition hall, the design team focused on integrating modern digital creative technologies to inherit and promote local culture. The wavy shape was used to represent the long - standing and continuous flow of culture. In terms of spatial layout, the design team divided the exhibition hall into areas according to the three curatorial themes, showcasing the modern development modules of Bao'an. By using digital display forms, they combined Bao'an's culture with modern development, constructing a strategic vision of an emerging industry ecological cluster and the integrated development of culture, sports, tourism, and commerce. In terms of color application, the exhibition hall chose sea - blue and sky - cyan as the main colors. These colors imply a broad and clear view, symbolizing the rapid development of the digital creative industry, the vibrant integrated development of culture, sports, tourism, and commerce, and the flourishing development of the industrialization of intangible cultural heritage. At the same time, under the illumination of the lights, the exhibition hall emphasizes the decoration and outlines the architectural contours, creating a strong cultural atmosphere. This enables visitors to still feel the unique charm of Bao'an's traditional culture amidst the display of modern digital technology, evoking people's sense of identity and belonging to their hometown culture.

After the design scheme was determined, the construction team immediately took rapid action. They strictly followed the construction plan and quality standards and carefully organized the construction. Not a single link was treated carelessly. From the selection of materials to the control of construction techniques, every effort was made to achieve excellence. During the construction process, although we encountered many difficulties and challenges, none of the team members showed the slightest hesitation. Everyone worked together, faced difficulties head-on, and actively sought solutions, all for the purpose of ensuring the progress of the project.
